We ship via usps priority mail within the continental usa and it usually takes 3-5 business days. If expedited shipping is required please select the option for delivery overnight. Which usually arrives in 2-3 business days. International shipping to canada, australia...via dhl takes 3-5 business days and the uk typically takes 5-9 business days . Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email, enabling you to track your order.
All payments are processed securely by our payment processor Stripe. We do not store or have access to your payment information.

Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging, all bundles and wigs have to be unopened, unused to be accepted for return.

All original packaging, poly bags, display boxes and hang tags must be included.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

We are not responsible for the shipment until it is delivered to our warehouse. For this reason, we highly recommend that you purchase insurance for your package and have a tracking number before you ship it back to us.
